FAQ

  • We stock very few items which often means parts are made to order.

    This means orders depend on manufacturing lead times.

    Please allow up to 4 weeks for your key kit to arrive.

    If we have stock and your item is subject to pre-order terms, we will ship within the week.

  • Pre orders require payment in advance of you receiving the item so that the components can be produced. In return, the buyer receives a discount or incentive. This allows small businesses to make their product available to the community.

    Typically, we have an estimated 4 week until dispatch pre-order term.

  • We aim to get orders out as soon as possible.
    As an enthusiast ran project, we cannot hold large quantities of stock. This means that with certain items, manufacturing lead times may apply. This can take 2-3 weeks, so please allow for this time but feel free to get in touch for any queries or order changes.

  • Despite items being made to order - we do offer returns if you no longer require your item. You may return them to us for a refund, credit or exchange provided that we are notified of the intended return within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the goods, and they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Please note there is a 5% refund charge for returns or refunds considered 'not faulty' and postage fees cannot be refunded. This charge applies to both orders that have been dispatched and those that are yet to be dispatched.

    Please ensure items are packed appropriately before transit.

  • Please get in touch immediately if your items arrive damage or have missing parts.

    A damage claim must be made within two days of delivery.

  • Assembly is simple and can be done with minimal experience and tools.

    Each kit comes with instructions and the necessary tools to assemble your key kit at home.

  • Our projects are led by community demand. If you would like to make a request for a custom item please get in touch.

    Additionally, if you cannot find a key kit for your car, you can donate your spare for the opportunity to receive 50% off and be the first to receive a custom key kit.

    Get in touch!

    Send us your spare and we will design and manufacture one in return for 50% off. Your donated key will be returned along with your new key kit.
